FAQ 

  • Our goal is to ship all orders and return communications within 24 hours.
  • Billing must match shipping addresses for processing. 
  • Orders outside of the contiguous USA may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • You will receive notifications at time of order placement and shipment. Please check your spam folder before contacting us. 
  • For firearms purchases, please contact your dealer before placing an order. 
  • You can enter your dealer’s information into the comment box at checkout. 
  • Your dealer may also email their license to info@kitresource.com.
  • If an order is returned to us you will be responsible for additional service charges. 


Returns/Defective Products

  • If a product is defective, we will defer to the manufacturer, and they will repair/replace it.
  • In the unlikely event that this does not rectify the problem – we will make the situation right. We hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard.
