- Our goal is to ship all orders and return communications within 24 hours.
- Billing must match shipping addresses for processing.
- Orders outside of the contiguous USA may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- You will receive notifications at time of order placement and shipment. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.
- For firearms purchases, please contact your dealer before placing an order.
- You can enter your dealer’s information into the comment box at checkout.
- Your dealer may also email their license to info@kitresource.com.
- If an order is returned to us you will be responsible for additional service charges.
Returns/Defective Products
- If a product is defective, we will defer to the manufacturer, and they will repair/replace it.
- In the unlikely event that this does not rectify the problem – we will make the situation right. We hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard.
